A building consists of 33 apartments in city zoning plan H\370 (4), Holon. Our firm and the developer were asked to assist after a transaction with a previous developer met difficulties. Our firm, alongside the developer, rapidly enlisted for the task and synchronized everything that was needed among all relevant parties – landowners, proxies, the accompanying financial institution, and the project was underway.
