A collaboration between the abovementioned development companies for constructing a project of over 20,000 square meters, which includes office trade areas and commercial areas in the Microsoft complex in Herzliya Pituach. Our firm, in collaboration with Meitar-Linquornik Law firm led a large group of landowners in a combination transaction with the developers, while simultaneously carrying out the proceedings for dissolution of common ownership claim and acquiring the entire rights. The project is currently in registration proceedings and the construction work is expected to begin as soon as possible.
